wait, wdym “I’m not”?! 👇🏼 well, if you are truly in a deficit, you WILL lose weight.  if you are burning more calories than you’re consuming, you WILL lose weight.  “but, I’m tracking the calories I eat!” to that, there are some things that you might not even know are sneaking up on you:  🥤liquid calories! these could be your sodas, daily coffee(not counting black coffee), alcohol, or more. you NEED to track these liquid calories, they WILL make a huge difference if left unaccounted for.  🧘🏻‍♀️weekends… that’s right, those “cheat day(s)” that you tell yourself don’t count, definitely do. sure, you might be staying perfectly on track all week long, but if you just say ‘screw it’ on the weekend, you might be getting back up to your maintenance calories… or MORE! 🗑️MOMS! this one is for you. you’re not a garbage disposal for your kids leftovers! go make/cook yourself a real-sized adult meal, it will keep you sustained for fuller&longer, + will (hopefully) have enough protein to help you reach those fat loss goals. those leftover cheez-itz, gummies, or sandwhich crust ain’t worth it! if you’re planning on trying to lose fat/weight, you need to commit to it sustainably! get it done, and then move on out (probably into a reverse diet!).  if you need help with the nutrition/meal plan portion, or the workout portion, fill out the 1:1 online coaching form in my bio 💕💪🏼 #fitnesscoach #fatloss #weightloss #caloriedeficit #womenscoach #onlinecoach #gymmotivation #nutritioncoach #nutritiontips #diettips #mealplans #caloriecounting
