this is how today's generation gets spoiled with participation trophies. I agree with the dad, there needs to be a reward for successes not failures. I wouldn't belittle the kid with name calling but you can't reward him for failing either. that's whats wrong with parents today is they reward for everything even failing and that sets up the kid for failure. just look at GenZ

Nah thats so not okay. Dont go against a parent. Its not your kid. I dont agree with the dad at all but this is wrong. I also dont think food should be used as a reward.

Im a millennial and my little brother is a gen z…he doesnt have the treament like i do in my childhood years and i van tell the difference i get rewarded based on my achievements but my little brother always have the easy way out meaning i have to help him in every single way how I struggle in my childhood year but the difference is I get punish for the wrong things but he doesnt
