I’ve never understood rehearsal dinners, like what are you rehearsing? Eating? The speeches? - aren’t speeches supposed to be a surprise? Each to their own I guess, personally it just seems like an unnecessary extra expense to me. I guess this could be a culture clash thing too, as we don’t do them in the UK.
