Heads up to everyone that Iceland is overcast ALOTTTT😭😭 I went in April and it was overcast 5/7 days (Keep in mind that August is usually worse than April..)

it's not in the path of totality. partner and I were planning our honeymoon to Iceland for this exact reason and found out there will only be partial coverage.

The eclipse will happen at an hour that the sun will be so low in the horizon. There are other solar eclipses coming up with better viewing opportunities.
