For those that don’t know. The answer: inwardly-they’re lying to themselves or gaslighting themselves & not facing the real truth, hiding behind thier truth in order to not face themselves. Outwardly- excuse blame or reason why it’s not going to work. & leaves. (The real truth they know what they’re doing but don’t want to work on themselves because to have you it requires them to do the work). Next? They go find less or easier someone that’ll enable them so they don’t do the work. (All while they’re missing or thinking or avoiding you). Then they’ll do the same thing to them as they did to you.
