Ah yes a perfectly sitting non running car spontaneously combusted in a trailer while being towed. I'm sure insurance would have not fallen for it regardless

I bought a Porsche 911 from Mercedes dealership in Dallas to be shipped to California. The transport driver absolutely burnt the clutch. Mercedes Dallas disposable totally avoided all liability. The transport company was some mom and pop company. I was left with $4k bill.

sold a 1970 Corvette to a guy in New York and while loading the car in Los Angeles the transporter insisted on adjusting the plates underneath the car on his 6 car trailer without securing the car I kept telling him it's going to roll He insisted it wasn't.. He moved them and it rolled right into the back of the semi cracking and destroying the whole front of the car.. I immediately called the buyer and said your transporter just destroyed your car.

I had one take my jeep wrangler joy riding scratched it up cracked my windshield and land a golf ball sized dent in the corner windshield frame then drop it off a day late at midnight so I wouldn’t notice it right away this was from Jersey to Utah
