Je hebt 5% nodig als je van plan bent Rusland aan te vallen in 5 tot 10 jaar. Daarbij hoort ook dienstplicht, dus dat gaan we dan ook binnenkort meemaken als de capaciteit daarvoor op orde gemaakt is.

5% is too high that's more than even the 3.4% the US spends if we make sure not to spend any money on US equipment and use it to build up Europe's military industrial complex akin to Airbus in the commercial sector it could be great for Europe
