I name mine like hurricanes. Cat 4 Anxiety Attack Jonathan is set to make landfall tomorrow morning. Let’s hope a good nights rest downgrades it to a cat 3, or even a 2 if we are lucky.

I named my anxiety Kanye. And let me tell you, it has been LIFE ALTERING. My anxiety tells me something crazy? I just say, "Not now Kanye, I don't have time for this." My anxiety gets extra big? I just roll my eyes & say "Calm down Kanye, it's not that heavy." Ladies, I am telling you, I have cracked the code.
