Maybe it has something to do with what Gwi-Ma said to Jinu. He allowed Jinu to keep his voice and thus also his mind? We only ever see the Saja boys talk in their human forms and not the demon ones. Like they were not allowed to keep their individuality like Jinu. The movie does have points about not letting a negative voice control you and listen to a kinder voice to maintain control of yourself. Therefore with no voice of your own, you can be controlled easily by those who do have a voice like Jinu and Gwi-Ma. Idk, some ideas I have thought of but don't know if it holds up.

Also, if you pay attention to the way that Rumi walks you can notice she puts her toes down first and that’s such a cool thing that they added because it helps her walk quieter. I’m not sure if the other hunters do it, but I thought it was such a cool thing for them to add in and like nobody’s talking about it.

To be honest this film was missing plot development like crazy tho... That's my biggest complaint...it was super rushed and they pushed the romance that wouldn't exist outside of the necessity for the "plot" to move forward

The only?? I loved the movie ok but there so many plot holes 😭 How come Rumi dad was a demon? What's the story? Was Jinu the only demon that came from a human and more "nice" and remorseful ? Why did the tiger and bird stayed in human world at the end?

My one complaint is the gap between rumi meeting celine and going after the saja boys/gwima. It felt like a jump between "im glad to see it destroyed" and "we can build a new one" it felt like a whole inner conflict was erased

I disagree. Another theory I saw that says the reason the boys all look rundown when not performing is because they’re not used to the amount of work Jinu is putting them through and so they’re perpetually exhausted lol
