I've learned to use cooling cloths, UV hoodies, and sun hats to protect my meat computer. Pretty much all of my meds make me more heat intolerant and I'm also a big coffee drinker. My meat computer is OVERCLOCKED 🤣

People on SSRI/SNRI AND/or stimulant meds also need WAY more magnesium during hot weather. We always need more because those meds tend to leach mag anyway, but we have to replenish the mag when hot. Also, chickpeas will give you more potassium than a lot of other foods
