cavities are not reversible!! I am a pre dental, dental assistant, CDA, and EFDA. The only way to make a cavity “go away” to have it removed and filled. While i personally do recommend this gum , it does not make your cavities go away. No hate I just want to educate 😊

Let me rephrase your starter, "17 spots of enamel decalcification that agressive dentists will refer to as cavities bc they can see your diet + hygiene (or lack thereof) will turn them into cavities eventually" Cavities don't go away, but enamel decal can be halted with diet changes and hygiene improvement.

I’m 47 and have never had a single cavity. Basically , I avoid sugar as much as possible and brush my teeth twice a day with simple fluoride tooth paste. 👍
