It all works together! It’s never just one single thing that makes you stop. Sometimes it take multiple tools to fix one thing. And that’s what you need is multiple options when the triggers come up. Because one thing doesn’t work but the others do. Different things work for different people.

Help I’ve been an alcoholic for most of my life I’m 39 lost my mom at 20 lost my son Bryson 8 to a 2 ur fight with brain cancer my son Declan at 35 weeks for no reason when you have to physically watch your son deteriorate every single day he goes from talking to not talking eating to not eating using the bathroom to not being able to know when he’s gonna use the bathroom to the moment that you turn the breathing machine down 5% and he’s gone in less than five minutes and then you think God‘s giving you a gift and you become pregnant and you carry that baby and you feel that baby move and you know his moves and then one day you don’t feel a move and then you realize you walked a whole 24 hours with your dead baby inside of you and then the doctors want you to give birth to him when you’ve had at this .3 children and never give birth to one because you’ve had to have C-sections and then you choose no I want C-section and then you choose to hold that dead baby and look at his beautiful face and wonder why why you who loves your children more than anything in this world has to have two so savagely ripped away when there’s people out there killing their own kids, raping them beating them and all I did was love them, but it didn’t matter
