could we get a very basic Gamjaguk recipe? I went to a Korean women's spa recently and they had it. it was DELICIOUS. A clear broth with only chunks of potato in it. I've tried looking up recipes but they have things like meat and noodles. my mom loved it and I wanna surprise her with it.

I bought the ingredients this weekend to try 4 of your recipes. So far I have made the potatoes and lotus root. I could not find the sweetener and was told to use something else. The sauces came out watery could that be why? They are delicious never tried lotus root before.
