Those are fungus gnats from your plants. They are lighter than regular gnats. They breed in the plant soil. You gon have to re-pot your plants with fresh soil to get rid of them.

Cut the bottom part off of a water bottle, put some apple cider vinegar in it and add a few drops of dawn dishwashing liquid

Some baking soda and vinegar will work. Wait about 5 min and pour boiling hot water in the drains. I promise you they will disappear.
