Walking does nothing for me sadly, walked everywhere in London doing 20k steps a day and my legs were still big 😔 honestly running is the only thing that got them down so I’ll be doing that again even though I absolutely hate it

I have been walking everywhere my whole life. I can do at least 5 to 6 miles a day easily. I feel like I need to do more than just walk, my body has become acclimated.

Im so confused😭 I js saw vid saying u cant spot reduce fat on ur thighs and that makes SENCE I think 😅 and then they’re other vids showing a thigh workout to reduce fat on ur thighs 😭 and the then Another vid saying to focus on quads and building muscles on ur thighs to tone them and eat in a calorie deficit🤔 SO WHAT THE ACTUAL FREAK DO I DO😔😅🥲😭😖😖😖😖

This is so me I work my legs so hard yet I’m so unsatisfied on how they looked so I started finally pushing myself to stop doing lunges and squat which I love to do but they’re not giving me the results that I want so once I’m over surgery, I’m getting back to training only glutes and see if I can get the results I wantbut I think you’re so right and what you’re saying🥰🥰🥰
