honestly I'm really glad they didn't kiss. It was good that he sacrificed himself, but it was only at the very end, he used her for the ENTIRE TIME, even if he wasn't "happy about it" he still did. I wish the film was longer so he could have had a more proper redemption arc and also I wish the other boys had any kind of depth at all

Honestly, I think it was a little refreshing to see a different ending in a movie. When my friends and I were in the middle of watching it, I went "let me guess... the power of friendship will fix it all, and the 3 end up in relationships with the boys", because it's always what happens! Seeing them go "oh you're cute, anyways!!" and slay them made me like the movie more, because it felt different

[SPOILER] My only thing is they never properly explain how demons take the souls of humans, why they do it, and what happens to those people once their souls when they’re taken. Think we breezed past all those missing persons reports a bit too easily but then again i get its a kids show.

Lowk I thought that rumi and jinu was bland and it annoyed me for 90% of the time they were interacting, it literally felt like they only had feelings for each other purely bcs she was a woman and he was a man😭🙏

Yeah but even without a kiss they still had something going on 😂 a kiss is not the maximum expression of love you know? and this apply to any kind of ship, you don't need a kiss to represent a romantic love. I think that what Jinu did in the end was very romantic by itself
