Worst place I ever went to, I went w my mom and brother, cashier lady ignored us despite us saying “excuse me” but then a man walked in and CUT INFRONT OF US and she took his order. Dunno how the items r cos we didn’t buy anything, don’t go here go to the mochinut place on the right 🙏

I just went here, the service was slow, I was a little meh going in but quickly warmed up and the decor is nice, the ambiance was nice, I got the pistachio matcha and it was amazing, I would go back definitely.

Gotta try 502 downtown. Hands down the BEST in Bakersfield! They even fly out to Guatemala to pick their coffee in person before they serve it. 👌

I see people complaining about customer service - ive been there many times and never had an issue. maybe theyre not overly friendly like big chains *force* their employees to be. but they've always been perfectly welcoming.

Went yesterday. Got the pistachio Matcha. It was yummy. The bakery had very limited selection for the weekend. Staff wasn’t really approachable. But wasn’t rude either. Just meh atmosphere
