It’s definitely busier. I scan three sites a day however I only work Wed-Friday. I definitely would never want to go back in office.

So, you’re saying that they’re moving to a remote, smaller community thinking that, yes, they will gladly trade less pay for less work…but instead, they are finding that they are on a very small team of techs doing many shifts, handling more patients than they thought they’d be handling, which makes life not as wonderful as they had hoped it would be. Did I get that right? If so, that would stink. And your suggestion of doing PRN is a good one. 👍

You run more then one scanner, and tech aides are screening. I have seen tech aides not care about safety so be careful.

I was talking to a remote scanning company that wanted to scan 3 at a time. Might be a GE, Siemens, and Philips. Might be a liver, cardiac, and a breast scan all at the same time. Not for me.
