Do you know why? Going to the Mall in Brazil, is a big event. Is like we wait for this moment. Is a weekend thing, a cruising spot. Even if we are not going to buy anything, the Mall is a “fancy” place for us. While here in USA, we normally just go to the mall to buy something and leave.

That's a São Paulo thing to go fancier at the Malls but Rio is more laid back (even go in flip-flops). Malls out side the big city (interior) are more laid back as well.

it reaaaaaally depends, there is some places that people without their shirts will walk around shoppings or a person like me :D i love to dress like a southern, i think their dressing clothes its amazing and even if its not formal, i absolutely dont care, but yeah, thank you for showing your love to brazillll!!!!

After 37 years of living in the US, I adopted our ways 😂 it is so much simpler for my own taste. I don't wear pajamas in public however. I'm a jeans & T-shirt gal. Even in Brasil I dress simple. I don't care if I get stares 🤭.
