LOVE THIS I just got my braces off a few months ago when it hurts the most is the first couple of days with rubber bands but I know it’s not the same for everyone! 💗

I just got my powerchains at 8am today and girl I’m saying they are so bad they hurt worse than getting your braces on or for me at least, because the put them on on my second appointment which I still have a gap so it could hurt worse due to that! But yeah they hurt..!
