I asked my husband to do something, and his mom stepped in like, “It’s okay, I’ll do it… poor him, he has to work.” Ma’am… my dad and all four of my brothers work and do house chores. I’m the eldest sister. I never let my siblings just sit around while I played maid. I taught them responsibility. Now your lovely son is my husband. the leader of our home. And a real leader doesn’t get to be lazy. He sets the tone, not avoids the tasks. I’m not going to be the maid in my own house, we build this life together. 😌

Not rly, my mil did everything while his dad is at home 3 times a year for a short periods of time because he works abroad. Us two on the other hand, live very VERY different lives, everything is split, from care about kids to care about house. We also both work. I live how I always wanted to 🤗
