I take Bio Nutrient DV3 every morning after breakfast. My doc says he’s never had a patient with such good vit D levels and said whatever I’m doing, keep doing it. A functional medicine Dr put me on it years ago.

Based on my own personal research, I think most people (especially seniors) are deficient in K2. Ingesting sufficient amounts is likely essential to good health. Imo, more and better quality studies are desperately needed. People need to look into this themselves as well and discuss it with others. 🙏🥺
