@xavskitchen: EGGS FROM AROUND THE WORLD 🌍 Welcome back to Eggs from around the world, my series where I’ll be showing you how to make some of the best egg dishes in the world. Today’s episode takes us to Japan to make a simple yet delightful Japanese rolled omelette known as ‘Tomagoyaki’. (2) 6 free range eggs 2 tsp mirin 1 tsp light soy sauce 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp sesame oil (1) Start by beating 6 free range eggs in a bowl. Then add the mirin, soy, water and salt to taste and mix very well. (2) Heat up a large non stick pon on a medium heat, the one in the video is preferred but any will do. Pour 1/3 of the mixture and cook until set. Then follow the same procedure seen in the video, repeating this step 3 times until you have constructed a well layered omelette.
