what I know now after conceiving naturally “first try” — aka first try following my full healing protocol and getting the green light from doc ❤️ 1. Fertility vitamins won’t do you any good if your diet is still full of shit — you can’t “balance” poison. refined processed foods have no place when you’re trying to heal. your body and your baby will be made of what you eat, take it seriously, balance comes later. 2. Your body can’t tell the difference between anxiety and being eaten by a lion. Your stress is making your body feel unsafe to conceive. This includes being stressed about not being able to conceive!! Therapy, mindfulness, meditation and radical lifestyle change are essential. 3. You HAVE to track your cycle and ovulation. Every body and every cycle is so unique. Ovulating on day 14 and having a 28 day cycle is reality for like 1% of women. Get to know your body with your realtime data not only for timing but to also identify WHERE the problem is coming from 4. It took years and years to get this sick, and the egg you conceive with started developing 3 months ago. You aren’t going to get pregnant after 1 month of work. Be patient and trust your body 5. Just because you can get pregnant doesn’t mean you should. Being told we had to stop trying was one of the hardest truths to hear, but getting healthy BEFORE conception is vital to having an enjoyable healthy pregnancy 6. Your uterus might not be the problem. Just because you’re having reproductive problems doesn’t mean it’s a reproductive issue. Look at the full system, where is the disconnect? For me it was my liver. 7. A blood test taken at a random time of day at a random day in your cycle that comes back “normal” is not giving you the full picture. Comprehensive testing like a DUTCH panel and using a daily hormone tracker like Mira will help you actually understand your body I’m sending so much love, support, and peace to anyone struggling with infertility. It’s truly the most frustrating, discouraging, confusing journey. But the hard work is worth it ❤️ #fertilityjourney #infertilityjourney #infertilitywarrior #naturallypregnant #pcoswarrior
