These judges are letting their politics play into their rulings. This will go to the higher courts and be overturned like most of Trumps wins lately.

One last comment when I went to the US merit systems protection board site, and I was looking over the telework agreement between AFGE members employed with SSA. It specifically states that the collective bargaining agreement supersedes or takes precedent over personnel policy manual.

telework canceled.. Initially took away all options, maxi flex, AWS etc.. AWS is back but maxi flex helped my life along with telework.. sitting at a picnic table and an uncomfortable chair for 8 hrs every single day.. everyone scared to speak up
