why does the selector switch scratch the head from on to off or is it just mine ? my guy just repaired mine with the kit and noticed that with the faulty switch as well. why didn't they fix that as well ? lol 180 $ I don't want a U engraved into the head lol

I have a couple synergy ratchets, but I still prefer my old 80tooth ratchet. Just my opinion though.

Is it just me or is the anvil detent in these 100T ratchets really tight? It feel impossible to pull off a short socket on mine.

I purchased mine last year got it warranty three times and had a couple different gear sets put in them, but never seem to solve the issue and the end they just gave me an 80 tooth My dealer doesn’t like the hundred tooth.

I bought a 100 tooth, had it slip on me a couple times looked it up and seen that they all do that so I traded it in for a 80 tooth

My dealer has kits on order. I’ve got the first gen Cynergy with the old logo so I don’t want to warranty the whole ratchet. He says the new kits are a pain to install though.

I totally regret getting the synergy ratchet. It stings more because I traded a dual 80 towards it. It’s collecting dust in my toolbox now. It’s been rebuilt twice. Hopefully these new kits do the job

just curious why did they move away from the old school logo on the cynergy ratchets. The cynergy ratchet I have has the old school logo on it and I love it !
