Diabetic, also. I put in the fridge and cut it into eight pieces once it was cold. Only 14 carbs per wedge then. I’m eating one piece each day after lunch or dinner followed by a good walk. So worth it!!!

I get the low blood sugar part . my sugars are usually high but at night I can eat ice cream and my sugars will start to go down. they are better on real sugar and worse on fake sugar. just at night though.
