After eating its SOOOO intense and always makes the air hunger so terrible. My heart beats so hard/loud and it jumps/flip flops and it scares me so so bad 😭

Oh! I know the skipping a beat feeling!!! I can't get any doctors to take it seriously. I tell them that it feels like when you mistep causing you to trip, & you have to take a bunch of really fast steps to stop yourself from falling.

They’re so uncomfortable, painful, and terrifying. It HURTS, and I get all sorts of symptoms of cardiac arrest, and it SUCKS. The cardiac symptoms of POTS are insane

not pots but I've had super aggressive PVCs, long QT, and nsvt my whole life, I told my mom "you know when your heart feels itchy" and she didn't like that

Okay so I’ve been having PVCs almost every day and heart palpitations only like once a week. For the longest time I thought the heart pause and skip and then the “wind being knocked out of me” feeling was palpitations

Omg ive never heard somebody describe it so accurately. My heart jolts and it knocks the wind out of me and it scares me really bad sometimes results in panic attacks, its taken a long time to convince myself i wont randomly d!e😭
