I swear a huge part of the reason I’ve made it to 12 months as an exclusive pumper is because I’m terrified of the drying out process. I just started trying to dry out and I’m struggling 🤦🏻♀️it seems to be taking way longer than I thought

PSA DONT TAKE SUDAFED IF YOU ARE ON BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS. Just saying, I learned the hard way and almost ended in the hospital bc I didnt know. I have post partum high blood pressure and started meds at the same time.
