Recipe: Ingredients: -1 pack @momofukugoods noodles -Trader Joe’s stir fry veggies (or your favorite chopped veggies) -2 salmon filets -1 tbsp soy sauce -1 tsp sesame oil -olive oil For the sauce: -3 tbsp soy sauce -1 tsp chili crunch oil -1 tbsp spicy honey -1 tbsp minced garlic -2 tsp sriracha (adjust to spice preference) -1 tsp sesame oil Your favorite toppings (I use sesame seeds, crispy jalapeños, and spicy mayo) 1. Add all the sauce ingredients to a bowl and stir 2. Boil water and add noodles for about 3-4 min 3. Heat a pan over medium heat with olive and sesame oil and once hot, add salmon for about 3 min per side 4. When salmon is almost done, add half the sauce 5. In a separate pan, sauté stir fry veggies. Once they start to soften, add 1 tbsp soy sauce 6. Add noodles and the rest of the sauce to the veggie pan and stir for about 3 min 7. Serve and top with your favorite toppings!
