This literally had me in tears. I feel like this is what my family needs to hear from me to move forward and understand that this is healthy. Sweeping shit under the rug when someone hurts you, lies, manipulates you and gaslights you.. we aren’t doing that shit anymore. It wasn’t acceptable when I was a child and it sure as shit isn’t acceptable now. Communication is literally everything, it’s so important to me and people see me as being dramatic. No, I’m trying to build healthy relationships that I can share with Leo. If someone refuses to communicate and accept responsibility with me, you absolutely lose access to my child as well. Not sorry at all.
