Most people lean too far back, flare their elbows, and barely get the rope below their ears. That’s not training—it’s flailing. ✅ Here's how to do it BETTER: • Set the cable below the waist and grab the rope with a neutral grip • Take a small step forward and lean in slightly • Lock your elbows in line with your shoulders—just like Deadpool drawing his swords • Don’t let them drift or flare out • Extend the rope forward and just below your hips • Squeeze hard at the bottom, then control the return 💡 Your elbows should never move. Keep them frozen in place throughout the set. This is what keeps the tension locked on your triceps—not your shoulders, not your core, just pure arm work 💪 🔥 Bonus tip: Think about driving your hands forward at the bottom of the rep, not just straight down.
