I wish I could trust these would work for me, but even diet and exercise doesn't work for me because I grew up in a toxic stress environment until I was 14, and often went days-weeks without food so my body learnt to hold onto food cause it doesn't know when I'll get food and it's hard to train my body out of that, despite my best efforts

Yeah na I’m cool at 40 doctor tells me I’m 2percent risk oh heart attack or stroke wants me on all these meds but won’t tell me the long term stats and risks being poked full of chemicals I bet it’s more the 2%

For everyone here saying to put down the fork and work out more, that is the kind of attitude that discourages not encourages people from trying to work of loosing weight. People have different health issues and it isnt a simple path like in my case. Losing weight is losing weight and shouldn't matter at all in the end the path that we took to lose it
