a professional cop wouldn't have gotten mad or violent. he would've simply said, ok we're taking you to the hospital & drawing blood. OR, take it as a refusal & lock them up. not violently throw a handcuffed drunk woman against the wall.

listen folks, you have to go after their bond. police officers are often required to have a surety bond, also known as a public official bond. This requirement is a financial guarantee of their faithful performance of duty and provides a safeguard for the public in case of misconduct or breaches of duty. request a bond review with the nsurance company which takes it out of cops hands. no surety bond,no job in law enforcement. have them listed as unbondable and added to the brady list of bad cops. SUE, SUERTY BOND, AND BRADY LIST. must do all 3 to take back our police from criminals with badges.
