But not in a good way… When I was stuck With bloating and digestive issues, I had removed a lot of foods... It didn't help! At the same time, I was under the MOST stress in my life. This is one of the pieces I was missing. I needed to get/my body in a rest & digest mode (parasympathetic state)! I only eat once a day and drink nothing but Dr Peoper all day and struggle with gaining weight so not sure how you are gaining weight
