Mango coconut 🍰 roll Fluffy,sweet and delicious Ingredients: -4 eggs -50ml milk -2/3 cup flour or 80g -1 TBS cornstarch -1/4tsp lemon juuce -1/4 cup vegetable oil -1/4 white sugar -1 tsp vanilla extract -mango slices #cakeroll #swissroll #coconutcake #dessert #foryou #foryoupage #australianfood Whipped cream -500ml cold thickened cream -2tbs sugar -1 tbs vanilla extract Method -Separate the yolks from the whites. -Whisk together, the egg yolks, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, until well combined and smooth. -Next whisk egg whites addinga a 1/4 tsp of lemon with sugar until it warms Stiff peaks -Combine the pour the mixture by adding the egg whites into there yolk mixture, and then the rest of the egg whites until it’s a fully combine in pale white as shown on the video. -Back in a rectangular tray at 160°C for 30 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool -in a clean kitchen tower, flip the cake and roll it over to make it flexible when you’re out of the whipped cream. -For the whip cream, Wisk, the thickened cream with sugar and vanilla until it’s whipped and fluffy. -Undo the wrapped cake roll and add in the whipped cream and mango slices, wrap it into a log and finish off with shredded coconut.#cakeroll #swissrollcake #foryou #cakerecipe
