can we talk about the fact that maybe cady is actually the bad guy from the start and she's exactly how her grandpa described her , and also her mother , right before she goes into the helicopter (ep7), said to her "search the will and it doesn't favor us , BURN IT". I think she's so selfish and feels like she the only one that deserves to get all the Sinclair fortune ans she knew she won't handle endless fights with the liars in the future if she gets the beechwood property, so she burned them all , but I also think she wanted to spare Gat that's she told him to wait outside. and remember the narrative is based on her delusional memory and that's why we had multiple versions of how the events went through out the whole series.

Not a hallucination! Confirmed to be ghosts/spirits by the author, the island is magical/haunted in a way, it makes more sense when you read the prequel Family of Liars

Apparently the author confirmed that there's ghosts on the island, so they weren't hallucinations. Thats why the mom talks to her dead sister and talks to her dead son..And why at the beginning she asks Gat if hes real, because she doesn't know if he's a ghost.
