The Casa Vs Trump case and Rif injunction are not synonymous with one another. I have been constantly researching and reading and looking as to when the SC will be ruling on the Injunction. The case seems to still be pending I havent found anytjing stating that it has been fast‑tracked to today's date, and there’s no indication of a final order scheduled for June 26 🤷♂️

I ethically - cannot see how they can choose to not allow lower courts nationwide injunction ability unless they will allow all issues to be raised to the Supreme Court with expedited review time
