Best method is to floss in a c shape going up and down into the gums. The sawing motion especially at that speed could end up damaging your gums. Happy flossing & love this video! ❤️

I want to take care of my dental health more seriously but flossing scares me. no matter how lightly I floss, my gums swell and my teeth hurt to the point that I can't eat or sleep without pain. doesn't help that most floss I see have mint in them with it not my favorite. my teeth and gums aren't normal bad but I don't want to get gingivitis or something.

Regular floss works guys. It’s how you’re flossing that leads to discomfort. Look up “c” method. And for brushing, the technique is called the “modified bass”.
