Can we stop with the “on the pricier side” talk all the time? This is prime beef, from a local farm, hand raised and then butchered. It’s quality which is why your husband asked for it. Hy-vee is around the corner if you want a cheap steak. You pay for quality, with anything. You didn’t even touch on the fact that those are akaushi ribeyes, which is a premier beef. 🙃
