I used AI to do midyear! It was great! I told AI all the points of the person positive and negative and it just constructed it for me into a politically correct way. It saved me so much time. This is literally 1% of my job. Majority of it is strategic which AI can’t do for me.

To be fair, it’s a performance review for her bosses. I highly doubt that is in her job description for those who say she couldn’t do her job without AI. She’s the CMO of Netflix, their marketing seems to be working.
