Good for you for taking this on and not giving up. My ex-husband committed S after being scammed. With the technology we have available today; there’s no excuse for this to continue. We need laws and technology to be able to find and hold those ppl accountable.

Contact the ombudsman of the bank. I had a awful experience with TD and escalated it all the way.
