It’s because people don’t sue enough. Take them to small claims court, ask for ur deposit and for them to cover court fees and report them. They keep doing it cause they keep getting away with it.

Seriously, after we didn’t renew our lease it was like every other day, they had some type of notice on our door. Then after we officially moved out and got a house they tried to slap my husband and I with a $500 fine. Nope not paying it 😂
