@brutamerica: A lifeguard in Asbury Park, NJ, was seriously injured after being impaled by a beach umbrella. Cause by an accident of a fall, the umbrella pierced under her arm and exited through her back as she fell from a bench. Emergency responders stabilized her on scene and transported her to the hospital.
