looking at both ways, Floyd moving to Mk was a wrong move. On the other hand he might be coming up the right way...most political parties are using the same mandate, consulting might help him come up with unique mandate...the mandate might end up outshine most of the already existing political parties. Honestly citizens are never involved in the governance. lot of people are undermining the process, but I believe it's something that should've been done a long time ago.
