So one red flag for me personally, is a store that feels the necessity to have a “ Miss Furniture” to explain why their products fail. And then you blame it on the customer for what is clearly an engineering issue with this model. The name, Brick, is a perfect name for your store. Because all your products eventually become as useful as a brick on a sinking ship.

Answer your own question, “What does Fabric softener do?” If you knew what fabric softener does, you wouldn’t be suggesting it be substituted with vinegar. The engineering problem built into this machine is, it allows people to use waaaay too much softener. A smaller softener tray and regular yearly cleaning would solve the problem.
