Let me put you young ladies onto Cindy Crawford’s “The Next Challenge” workout video. It’s so old…I started doing it as a tween in 1996 and I still do it to this day. The arms section is basically this, but a full ten minutes and it hits *every* muscle. There’s a legs and abs section too.
