Fun Fact: Isaac is a reflection of Jesus. Abraham was instructed to sacrifice his son Isaac, so Isaac carried sticks and climbed up Mount Moriah to be sacrificed by his father, but before his his father could initiate the sacrifice, God intervened and gave Abraham a Lamb with thorns instead? Well, Isaac was also born through a miracle since his mother Sarah wasn't fertile at all, but was still given a baby miraculously, no intimacy needed between her and Abraham. And the Hebrew word for 'Wood' or 'Tree', known as "etzim", was used to describe what Isaac was carrying climbing up the mount. Do you know who else was miraculously born, and carried wood up a mountain to become the Lamb of God with Thorns in his head? That's right. Jesus Christ.

Fun fact: This is a direct link to Jesus, I think of it as God asking “will you sacrifice your son to me and if you do I will sacrifice my son to you” so it was just a test of faith ofc God didn’t actually want Isaac to be sacrificed it was just God seeing if Abraham is the right one for Jesus to come through
