Muslim women online get hate from their own community, AND people outside of their community. Held to an impossibly high standards by the Muslims, and called ‘brainwashed’ and expected to constantly be first line defenders of Islam and our cultures and politics. It’s exhausting.

That said, if someone is posting something clearly haram, they should expect to receive advice, but there’s a right way to go about it. What many people call ‘advice’ often just ends up hurting someone more than helping them.
