For the longest time when I was growing up in Kansas City, on Sundays you couldn’t buy alcohol in Kansas, but you could in Missouri. But if you bought beer in Missouri and brought it to Kansas on ANY DAY, it was bootlegging. Cops used to sit on State Line Rd. and bust people.
